cheapest 144hz 1 ms 1440p monitors?

Solution

According to the specs it has a 1ms response time.

I would get a larger IPS version but it will only have a 4-5ms response time(which is still good imho).
Without G-Sync you be looking at around $330.

With G-Sync it jumps to almost twice that

Be aware that it's only 23.8" though. That's a big difference from 27" (measure off another 3" diagonally).

I strongly recommend raising the budget about $100 to go for something like THIS: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/c298TW/asus-monitor-mg279q

It's 27" and also an IPS panel so better color and viewing angels. (it's "only" 4ms but that's really not a big deal and the blur/ghosting is insignificant at this refresh rate).

Fastest and best are NOT the same thing. The lower response time helps eliminate blur/ghosting however 4ms on a 144Hz monitor has very little blur (less than on a 60Hz monitor). see blurblusters site if confused

The picture QUALITY (in general and viewing angle) is better on IPS ( the 4ms screen).

So sure, a TN panel is 1ms but it's NOT the best screen overall so suit yourself.
