Cheapest junker laptop with these specs or better? (4GB-6GB)

This thread is for 4GB of RAM instead of 8GB

64-bit x86 Processor.
1.3 GHz or faster core speed.
doesn't require 4GB base RAM but needs to be able to have RAM installed to 4GB

the idea is I don't care if this laptop gets trashed and maybe needing more than one throughout time

also I don't assume there's any laptops that support 6GB with extra RAM installation.
