Hi I've bought a laptop with pre-installed windows 11 which is activated, how can i find out wether the windows is activated by Legal Key or a crack software?

Unknown.

Do a deep search on the C drive for "KMS".

But even the absence of that is not 100%
A few years ago, I bought an Asus Transformer. 3rd party seller on Newegg.
Came with Win 10 Pro preinstalled.
All the licensing showed it was 'valid'.

Exactly 6 months later, it Unactivated itself.
Which is exactly what some corporate licenses will do, if not able to conect to the corporate license server.
