looks good, although you could get 4GB of ram and a 4890 for the same price as those Reaper's and a GTX 260.

Point taken, I am just going for more bang/buck. I live in CA so I have to pay tax also. I just want to make sure that PSU is good for this setup. Also to make sure GPU will work with this MOBO.
