I'm probably going to order the parts tonight or tomorrow. I already have an OS(Win7 pro)and monitor. I'd like to use Amazon for the whole order if possible (I have Amazon Prime).
I do not plan on overclocking. Because this machine will be used mainly for gaming as well as some 3d modeling (Autodesk Revit, Inventor, etc.) I went with an i7-4770k. Do you think I'm just as better off with i5 4670?
Here are some other questions and thoughts I have:
1. Stay with GTX 760 or upgrade to 770? I want to be sure I can max out Rome TW 2.
2. ssd: Samsung 840 pro or no pro? 128gb or 250gb?
3. Is this PSU okay?
4. Can anyone recommend a nice 2.1 speaker set for under 50$
5. Do I need to purchase thermal paste?
6. I need more case fans.
I guess most of it is a matter of wanting to spend some extra bucks. I'm at 1264$ now and willing to spend a little more. However, I'm definitely trying to keep this build under 1500$. I'd appreciate any thoughts or concerns.
