Looking for a check on these parts to make sure everything's compatible and will fit in the giant case.

Most of the items are on sale, but if necessary I'm open to changing if there's a good reason. I would prefer not to change the CPU (I'll need it for school), case, and dual monitors since they're good deals on Black Friday, but again, open if there's a good reason.

Looking to order most of it today since pretty much everything is on sale though only on Thursday (for most of the online deals) and Friday (going to TigerDirect at 5am to get CPU, case, and dual monitors).

Using it for gaming - WoW, Skyrim with mods, Fallout3 - and would prefer those to run at max settings/FPS. Also will be streaming, multitasking, CAD, video editing, programming... pretty much anything I can throw at it. Looking for something I won't have to upgrade for at least a couple years, so I hope this fits and that all the parts are compatible. I'm pretty sure that everything will work together but... just in case.

Pick this apart and let me know what you think, please? Thanks.

Edits:
Had to sleep, very thankful that I posted here though. Couple comments before I change/investigate/buy

1) I've had issues with XFX in the past for PSU so I'd rather not buy from them again... is it worth upgrading to 80+ Gold though? I could probably pick up a Corsair or something while I'm out. Modularity is key for me.

2) Is it necessary to get 2GB VRAM instead of 4GB? There's only a $50 difference at this point. Does using dual monitors matter?

3) I can't believe I forgot to mention that I will be overclocking. That said, will everything still be compatible? I think I figured most things out but the motherboard still confuses me a bit.

That is actually a good build. Don't grab the i7-4770, stick with the i7-4770k. The k version is not easier to overclock, it is able to overclock while the non-k cannot overclock.

Anyways, I would change a few things:
-No need for 4gb vram at 1080p. 2gb vram is cheaper and will perform the same: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-gtx770dc2oc2gd5
-Better quality case: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-case-500rwt
-Better quality psu: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1850bbefx

i think that system is very good except i dont think you need the 4770k(the 4770 is basically the same, the only difference is the k version is easier to overclock.

but overall it should be able to play those game max settings, high fps =D
