RAM: Avexir Core 16gb 2x8 3200mhz
HDD: 1TB WD Blue

and btw this is the only available pc parts on my country so its hard to find good low build pc.

That PSU is ancient and should never be used in a modern computer. It is a fire hazard and should be relegated to being recycled.
