I'd do this if it were me , full size board in there , the gammaxx is a better cooler than the evo.
The kendomen is a far far better case than that apevia!

If you want a really good answer, I'll need you to answer a couple things:
Do you plan on learning how to overclock?
Are you using the system for anything other than gaming and average use? (example: video editing, rendering, streaming, etc)

From what I've heard, the Hyper 212 EVO is really solid air cooler, and it should work great for mild overclocks. The rest of your build looks pretty solid!
