Check my pc (Final step before buying)

I will be mainly be using this pc for gaming and I planned to overclocked the cpu to 4.0ghz. I know that my cpu cooler is not that great but I think that it should be able to hold that.
Ram? I still don't what type of ram do I need or even if I choose the right one.
Please share all of your comments and concerns with me please. Give me constructive criticism and make my first build a wonderful experience.

The build itself seems quite balanced, your cooler is quite good actually, but I would've gone with Hyper 212 EVO, since it's a bit better and I overclocked my 3770K to 4.2 GHz easily with it.
RAM choice was good, if you like the looks, go with that kit, otherwise I'd recommend some cheaper 16GB kit.

good build for 1080p gaming. not for 1440. multitasking not so. do you need a cd-rom? silicon power brand? did you read any reviews for this brand? I would look at more than 550W for a kabylake overclock system, and 80+ gold for a psu.

To me personally over 3.8ghz i would use water cooling(hyper 212s most people buy the evo not sure what the difference is besides no led but i think the cfm is higher).your ram speed might be down clocked anyway if you overclocking. with a 1070 i think you are basically pushing it for a 550w but it should be stable as far as i know( i think usually people who overclock that card and cpu overclock go for a 620w incase of future expansion and added stability) That ssd if i remember was one of the more cost effective for a couple of years now.
