Good evening, finally i'm ready to build new PC...
This is something i want to order:

i5 8400
ROG 1060 6gb
Gigabyte Z370P D3
Corsair Carbide Spec-01
EVGA 500W
SATA3 240gb Kingston
HDD no matter
and i'm thinkin about COOLER MASTER HYPER H411R, CPU cooler because the stock one is too casual i think so and will not work fine on long runs...

If u think something is wrong or i could change it and save some money (or even not) write me!

And one more thing, currently i cannot afford RAM its hell expensive right now, i have pretty nice Kingston DDR4 2x4gb from my old PC, in future i'm considering to upgrade it but will it work fine till that day(eventually for WoW and PUBG)? :)

You don't need a cooler, the stock cooler may not be the best but it will work well enough. I've run intel chips on stock coolers for years without issue and so have a lot of other people. I only use after market coolers if I want to overclock or the stock one is too loud.

Your RAM should be fine, you don't mention the speed of it? if it's under 2666 or 2400 you may be losing a few fps in games because of it but it'll work.

If you want to save more money you don't actually need a Z370 board for an 8400, it can't overclock anyway so a H370 or B360 board would do the job as long as it has all the features & connections you want.

Edit: If you want better stock cooling you could always go for a Ryzen 5 2600 build instead :)

RAM speed is 2400, what mobo should i look for if i decide to go with r5 2600? and one of my main questions is which PSU should i buy?

edit: actually maybe i can use my old PSU? I have Thermaltake smart se 730W ( i heard its bad one and main is used for like 4 years minimum, so because of that is even smart to use it?)

Better get a new PSU. Don't wanna risk it, do ya? Few suggestions - EVGA G3/G2 series, SeaSonic Focus Plus series, be quiet! Straight Power 11 series, Corsair RMx/TXm/CXm series. (CXm is the weaker of the bunch I've suggested, but still decent, just make sure it's grey label).

As for the Z370P D3, it's quite cheap for a Z board, yet it's awesome for the price and gives you the room to upgrade to a K series processor which is amazing. Sometimes the thought of having the option to upgrade whenever you want is quite nice (because you never know).

As for the cooler, I would agree to what was said above, it's plenty for the 8400 and will do the job fine. Save your money and buy an aftermarket cooler after a couple weeks when you've lived with the stock one. If it's too loud or anything else, sure, go ahead.
