Question Checking temps of SSD

Purchasing a new 2TB Samsung NvVNe and there is a heat sink version. I’ve read these drives can get quite hot.
I know you can easily obtain CPU temps but what about SSD hard drive temps? Is there some way of obtaining this?
Is heat really a concern with NVMe drives?

Samsung's Magician App tells you what the drive's health/status is.

Yes. Samsung Magician software.

Is heat really a concern with NVMe drives?

Yes. Elevated temperatures will cause thermal throttling and reduced performance.
