Checking that my build is ok to go

So I'm looking to make a fairly cheap build that I can upgrade in the future. Currently what I'm using to type this very thread is a small form factor dell optiplex 470 that I really can't do much with. Of course I've looked up a bunch of components and believe I am ready to go, but I haven't done this before so I want to get the go-ahead from some people that are more informed than myself (which probably doesn't take a stretch.) I'm wanting to do some gaming but right now I only want to run fairly simple stuff like Team Fortress 2 (generally 2006-2010) which isn't too demanding. If I want to improve I'm trying to build so that I have the room to do so.

These links have the very item and site I'm planning to buy from and each provide specifications, so I think I'm covered on that front.

Graphics Card (Already Bought)- http://www.gainward.com/main/vgapro.php?id=482

So yeah, I already Have the graphics card. That's why there's no price.

I'm planning on transferring the optical disk drive and hard drive (with windows 7 64 bit OS) from this computer to the new computer. A worry here is about the hard drive, I know it's a SATA but I'm not sure it's compatible with he SATA ports on the new motherboard. Little bit of help here? Also the OS would work on this new computer just like this one, right?

I understand there's a whole bunch of stuff here so any help at all would be MUCH appreciated. If you notice anything that seems off, anything I've missed or just have any input I'd be very thankful. Mainly what I want is a human opinion and go-ahead that this'll work.

Thanks for reading.

Solution
IMO, the A4 APU would be more of a side-grade than upgrade. The ram benefits from being two sticks to run in dual channel configuration (improvement over single stick/channel) I think I kept your budget but this is what I came up with (I didn't change the chassis) as a possible alternative

Solution

Thank you very much, I trust your opinion and this is pretty much my budget exactly. I'll wait a while and if no one else takes any interest I'll select this as my solution. :)

Cool, thanks for the find. I'll most likely do this then.

What it your.... solution ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
JK, my answer was almost useless.

It wasn't really, any improvement is an improvement.

Exactly, and a bronze XFX power supply is pretty good.
