Question Chipset driver from msi or amd

hi i have a question right now regarding chipset driver, when i check my msi dragon center, the chipset driver currently installed is 19.10.16, but when i check out amd website, it is 1.8.19.0915 , Totally different, Do i still need to download the one from AMD ? because i dont want any conflict happens if i install both of them. Tell me if u guys free pls

From AMD, they are always more up to date.
