Chipset drivers win10

I recently upgraded to windows 10 from 7 and my computer started locking up randomly, not sure why. Only thing i've not been able to do is find Chipset drivers for my motherboard, usb, sound etc i have found no problem. My motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-990x - they had all the other drivers for it except the chipset. Does anyone know where i might be able to find them?
