Choice between 2 pc's

Hi, I am new to this kind of troubleshooting but i dont know a lot about the internals and so on of pc's. My question is which pc is better between these 2. An MSI pc: 8gb ram gtx1060 6gb, and an intel i7 6700. And an asus pc: 16gb ram, gtx 970 4gb and the same processor. They both are for sale for €900. I dont know wich will give the best performances. Thanks in advance.

They will preform identical, just go on what looks best to you.

Definitely MSI pc: 8gb ram gtx1060 6gb, and an intel i7 6700 (you could add 8 GB of ram later on if you wish)
The 1060 has more graphic memory: 6GB , has much better performance and lower power consumption

The fps difference in those games in the link I provided are negligible (at least for me), so I'd pick the Asus pc, providing it has 2x identical ram sticks for dual channel operation. Ram is hella expensive these days due to NAND shortage.
