choose gtx 960

There's such a little difference in performance and temperature between the two brands. Whichever one looks better. Also, I would not pay extra for a higher clock speed out of the box because you can easily overclock it yourself.

True, but the factory OC'ed GPUs are generally higher binned units and may provide higher OC'ing potential than the ones in the reference speed cards. My Evga FTW is at 1480 MHz out of the box. And I haven't even started OC'ing it yet. Granted that's not the norm, but it an example of a higher binned chip.

Better spend the extra for the 4GB. Especially if you like to play with high A-A, textures, DoF, etc in today's A games.
But be sure your system memory is 8GB or more. Win will carve out more system memory for a frame buffer with a card that has 4GB than with a card that has 2GB of VRAM.

No but do you face an issues with this card ( msi ) ?

Ok but do you think this card will be good for the next 3 years for (1080) games ?

I can't predict what kind of game engines along with their graphic demands will come out during the next 3 years. But yes, that card will play games just as well 3 years from now as it does today. Most card manufacturers are very competitive. I have had several MSI cards, and all have been flawless for me.

If do live in India ,please don't go for msi as lot of friends had a problem with those cards and motherboards.
