Question Choosing a Budget Case with a a Good Airflow

Greetings! i'm building my 2nd PC Build this year and i've been having a tough time choosing a cheap case for it. I have eyes on the "Cooler Master MasterBox Lite 5 RGB" and "ATX Nox Hummer TG". Both are discounted in my country (Portugal). The Masterbox Lite is at 60€ and the Nox Hummer at 50€. do you guys have any suggestions? if not, witch one of these two might be better for me?

The Specs i'm looking for( briefly):

i7 8700
Asus ROG Strix RTX 2060 6GB
16 GB Ram DDR4 3200 mhz
Mobo: Asrock Z390 Phantom Gaming 4S Intel Z390
(still searching for the rest, i'd also appreciate a cheap PSU suggestion)

I'd appreciate the help. I'm not looking for water cooling or expensive solutions. Thanks
