Question Choosing a CPU for a server build ?

Hi all

I want to assemble a server PC for an office

because they use a custom accounting and CRM software , I cant use Xeon or AMD server CPU

and also they want a budget Server

server is used for software I mentioned above and file storage and it's not working 24/7 - only 6 am to 8 pm

I want to choose between Intel Core i5 12400 and Ryzen 5 5600x

Ryzen has ECC and high third level cache
12400 has higher benchmark and higher bandwidth

which one do you recommend? are there any other option in 200 $to 300 $ ?
Ram 32 + 1 TB m.2 for OS and software + 4TB SSD for Storage + GTX 1060 ti

Something prebuilt from Dell or HP, that comes with a warranty.

Are you going to be on call when something breaks?

Also, have you spec'd out a backup routine and hardware for them?

I'm from Iran and I don't have access to dell or hp customer services and their new products!!there are only old generations with high price and stock parts

Yes I'm on call and the softwares have auto backup and for files they don't need backup!!
