Choosing a good PSU

These are the specs of the upcoming build ....

Motherboard: MSI Z170A Gaming M7
CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K 8M Skylake Quad-Core 4.0
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 FTW GAMING ACX 3.0
Cooling: CorsAir Hydro Series H110i
PSU: CorsAir HX750i
SSD: Intel 540s Series M.2 80mm 1TB SATA III
HDD: WD Blue 4TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 5400 RPM
RAM: Any decent 32GB budget memory

The PSU is 750W was hoping this will be enough to OC the CPU at a safe level ... thanks ...

That PSU is good enough for OC the CPU, it is a little overkill as you probably only need a 600W PSU, maybe not even that. But if you're comfortable with spending a little extra on it, and there's no doubt about it that that is a good PSU, as it is a Platinum Rated PSU, and it...
750W is more than enough, 550 or 600 would be too, even after overclocking.
Check out outervision's PSU calculator, it's a great way to find out how much power you really need.

Thanks for the swift replies as this will be my first build .... to my understanding that GPU comes factory OC so if i push it any further would it be a bad idea? I'm going to buy that PSU so I'm happy that it's enough to OC the CPU and ( takes caution ) maybe the graphics card too .. i hope i don't break this thing trying this ... >_<
