Choosing a graphic card for my pc

Would Radeon HD 7770, GV-R777OC-1GD be a good match to it?

These are my pc specs:
-Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate (x64) Build 7600
-Processor: AMD Athlon II X2 240 (2800.0 MHz)
-Motherboard: GIGABYTE M61PME-S2 (nVidia nForce 6100-405/430)
-Memory: 4 GBytes DDR2 (Dual-Channel)
-PSU: LC-500H-12 500W

Yep, that's about the highest I'd probably recommend for that build unless you're thinking of a new build in the near future.

Your PSU should be able to handle it but I'd probably opt for more efficient cards like a GDDR5 version of the R7 250 (similar to the old 7750 in performance) or (if you can pay a bit more) a more powerful GTX 750 (which may not perform to its full potential with that CPU) but is decent enough to be a placeholder card for a new build.

Both of those cards require no PCI-E power connector (except for some models of the 750) and are quite energy efficient.

Thanks man, just if you would care to explain in what term is R7 250 more efficient than 7770, power consumption or performance? As it seems 7770 is a bit more powerful, even though R7 has a bit more memory.

Only more efficient in power usage as it only uses up to 75w that the PCI-E slot provides. The newer R7 250x is basically a 7770 so you could pick one of those up if they're cheaper than a 7770 where you live. If the 750 isn't far off in price that's also worth considering since it's a better performer whilst using less power.

i'd really recommend you the GTX 750 even if it might cause a little bottleneck to your CPU it would still deliver decent performance.
