Choosing a M/B for a S939 System

I'm getting a new computer and im planning on a Athlon64 3200+ Socket939 version. Wondering what motherboard I should use.

Currently Considering:
- MSI K8N,K8T Neo2
- ASUS A8V Deluxe

What other options do I have? What do u guys recommend?

The nforce4 boards are available for backorder for $180-300, a little steep for my pocketbook. Atacom has an msi board with the new ati radeon xpress 200 chipset for $99.95. I like it for it's built in video, so you won't have to shell out more money for a new pci-e card right away if funds are tight.
