Choosing a motherboard, help me please!

how are you all doing

I am building a new gaming PC and have chosen all of my components.
But i can't choose between these 2 motherboards.
AsRock Fatal1ty ATX S1150 H97 &MSI Z97-G45 GAMING
- What are the main differences between the two?
- witch one should i buy?

Here are my specs:

Power supply: SeaSonic M12II 620W Evo edition
Motherboard: AsRock Fatal1ty ATX S1150 H97 Killer or MSI Z97-G45 GAMING
CPU: Intel Core i5-4590 3.3 GHz 1150
Video Card: ASUS GeForce GTX 760 DirectCU II OC 2GB
Memory: Corsair 2x4GB DDR3, 1600 HMz, 240pin DIMM
Storage: Western Digital Blue, 1TB, 3.5”
OS: Windows 8.1

Just compare them to see the differences. Get on the manufacturer websites and take a look. Then buy the one that is the better price, better rated, and does what you need/want it to.

Hi, are you getting the 4590 or the 4590k? The K is the overclocking version, which makes the difference. What is hte budget for the motherboard, because you can probably buy a better one for the same money depending on your needs

I think i am just getting the 4590, but i am not sure.
My budget is about $150-180.

msi motherboard Z97 G-45 gaming is recommended cause it has Z97 chip set support 3300(o.c.) [over just 1600mhz non-overclocking]and 3 PCIe 3.0 x16 slots (over just one in ASrock motherboard ) and it also support 3 way AMD cross fore and 2 way Nvidai SLI. it's much better than ASrock' mobo also considering your future upgrades.

I looked up that ASUS motherboard, and it is the same price as the MSI, should i get the ASUS?

ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!!!!!! you should go with ASUS I heard that msi motherboard are having some issues. They(ASUS) have better build quality.
