Depends do you plan to make a run at 5.0 GHz? Will you oc at all?

The 212 will get you to 4.7 pretty comfortable, 4.8 ish with the h7 usually and the h5 should do 4.9 or 5.0 if your chip is decent in the voltage required department.

i might use OC to 4.8 sometimes. so H7 is what i need?

Sorry for going off topic but I wouldn't buy an i5 today, 4 threads are looking dated. Ryzen looks a much better proposition in this budget range as games are starting to use more than 4 threads. We already know next gen i5's will include 6 core versions so Intel know this too.
