Hi everyone, I'm trying to choose a gaming PC for playing games like Dota 2, Counter-Strike and PubG. I don't play high-end, resource-intensive games, but I'd rather choose something that can run these games with highest graphic settings in 1080p and ideally on higher refresh rate with gaming monitors.

I don't want to over-spend, because as I said, I don't want to play very high-end games with it. And I'm stuck between different options with different prices and I appreciate if someone can give me advice on which option is sufficient for my needs:

===================================
Price: €1,849.00
AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8x 3.8 GHz (4.7 GHz in turbo mode) + Megaport Blizzard 360MX PRO, 360mm
Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070Ti 12GB GDDR6
32GB G.Skill RipJaws V DDR4 3200MHz
2TB M.2 Samsung SSD
===================================
Price: €1,569.00
Intel Core i7 12700KF 12x 3.6 GHz (4.9 GHz in turbo mode) + Megaport Blizzard 360MX PRO, 360mm
Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060Ti 8GB GDDR6
32GB G.Skill RipJaws V DDR4 3200MHz RAM
2TB M.2 Samsung SSD
===================================
Price: €1,229.00
AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 8x 3.60GHz (Turbo clock: 4.40 GHz)
Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 8GB GDDR6
16GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM
1000GB M.2 SSD high performance
===================================
Price: €1,049.00
AMD Ryzen 5 7500F 6x 3.70 GHz (Turbo clock: 5.0 GHz)
Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 12GB GDDR6
32GB DDR4 6000MHz RAM
1TB M.2 SSD High Performance
===================================

I appreciate any help in advance 🙂

with highest graphic settings in 1080p or even 4K.
You need to decide if you are going to play at 1080p or 4K.

For 1080p, all 4x builds do fine, where the cheapest with RTX 3060, gets 100 FPS on average on 1080p,

However, for 4K, even the most expensive with RTX 4070 Ti, isn't enough. That build can do ~70 FPS on 4K,

If your monitor is 60Hz 4K, then RTX 4070 Ti build will do on 4K. But if your 4K monitor is 120/144Hz, PC would be too weak.

Btw, build with RTX 4060 Ti is waste of money, since RTX 4060 Ti is a bit weaker than RTX 3070.

Thanks a lot for your response. Thinking about this again, it doesn't even make sense to mention 4K, so I'll just edit my original post. I think for these kind of games, playing on a higher refresh rate is more important than playing on 4K. Specially for Counter-Strike where playing on 120Hz or 140Hz is considered a competitive advantage.
