[SOLVED] Choosing between some mid-range gpus

I was planning to buy a GPU and i have these 3 options to buy:
ASUS TUF GTX 1650S OC
ASUS Phoenix GTX 1650S OC
MSI ARMOR RX580 8GB
they have same price except for TUF one which is 10% more expensive. also i dont have access to RX 5500XT.
which one is worth it?

What is the PSU's make and model and it's age that will be powering your entire system, after populating the system with any of the above GPU's? I'd pick the GTX1650 Supers, provided your PSU is a reliably built brand new 450W unit or a 550W unit that's seen a year of use.
