Choosing between those 2 monitors

Hello there. Now, im quite desperate i´ve been here for 2 days now deciding which one to buy or if i should look for a completely different one so i could really use some help

BenQ XL2411Z

Im looking for a good 144hz monitor which is quite obvious right ? But i really dont know which one to pick im gonna play games like csgo overwatch and all that sh*t so refresh rate is quite important to me but i also do play games like GTA 5 where i for sure wont be able to reach over 100 fps, that is the thing i like about the benQ one that you can choose the refresh rate i dont know if asus has that option i didnt find it there when i was looking so please give me some advice either between those 2 or please suggest me something which would be more fitting for my specs which are intel core i5 and gtx 760

I would take the XL2411Z. I can't hit 100 fps in most modern games, so you will need a gpu upgrade if you intend on gaming with the high refresh rates monitors.

Ye it was my favorite, but i read on some preview or discussion or smthn like that, that it has bad colours or something, so im really lost....
