Budget? What country do you live in? Rest of your rig? What brand-specific features do you want?

EDIT: I'd get the R9 280X as it offers the best value out of those three.

not limited with budget, i5 3570, 8g 1600 ram, 1tb hdd. physix would be great, but not critical. i live in belarus, if you know where it is 😀
i also have 1 gtx 660, thought about making sli, but it requires new mobo and psu

If the budget is not a factor, get the R9 290X, otherwise you should get the R9 280X IMHO.

290x would be waste at that resolution IMO. If you intend on going to 2560x1440 then the 290x would be great.

oops, added unnecessary x to 290. so 280x is the beast for the money, but i still want gtx 660 sli, even if it has no sense at all
