I've read up a little on RAM speed influencing the game performance substantially because of how it works on Ryzen's systems and buying 2666-3200mhz variants is the best bet.
But how different is it on intel's cpu's? I'm considering building an i5-8400 with a b360/h370 motherboard, which support up to 2666mhz. Would I see much difference in performance and should I choose one over the other, for whatever reason, out of these options: 2133; 2400; 2666?
DDR4 2x8gb dual channel.
Priority- gaming.
Am I providing enough information?
