Question U6-Mesh WAP Outdoor Humidity Limit

Hi I just noticed the ambient operating humidity for the Ubiquiti U6-Mesh is up to 95%. This is obviously an outdoor WAP, doesn't the humidity get above 95% sometimes? Like when it's raining or something? What gives? How come it's not 100%? Thanks.

IPX5 means that device can be used outdoors where it will be exposed to rain and even occasional jets of water from a hose or something, but it will not stand up to high-pressure water jets and can NOT be used permanently submerged.
