I plan to build PC with these parts, and I don't know if the power supply 650W is enough?

Parts:
PSU: EVGA 650 BQ, 80+ BRONZE 650W, Semi Modular

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-B250M-DS3H LGA1151 Intel Micro ATX DDR4 Motherboard
CPU: Intel Core i5-7600K LGA 1151 Desktop Processors
GPU: ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1060 AMP Edition, 6GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0
RAM:
1- 1x FURY Memory Black - 8GB Module - DDR4 2400MHz CL15 DIMM
2- Planning to add one more stick in future
Storage:
1- WD Blue 1TB SATA 6 Gb/s 7200 RPM 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch Desktop Hard Drive
2- Planning to add M.2 or 2.5 SSD in future

CPU cooler: Cooler Master MasterLiquid 120 CPU Cooler, All-in-One Liquid Cooler, Dual Chamber Design, 120mm MasterFan Air Balance Fans
Case cooler:
1- 1x 120mm fan
2- Planning to additional fans

Case: BitFenix Aegis Icon Display Micro ATX Case ( I know this dose not matter with PSU, 😛 )

should I stay with 650W or go to 700W\750W

I'd rather use the i3 8100 with a Z370 motherboard, probably equal in price and more future proof when looking at upgrading. The 7600K cannot be overclocked on the B250 motherboard anyway.
Also would try and get 2x4gb of ram with that. The price difference is i think not that big.

I'd rather have a better quality psu with a somewhat lower wattage than this one. Don't look at high wattage as if it equals quality. A good 550watt psu would do fine with these parts, probably even a 450watt.

First, Thanks for your advices:
1) I have choose the I5-7600k for the 4 cores\4 threads and 3.8GHz without overclocking
2) I do not plan to overclock currently. So, I would replace the motherboard in future when I plan for overclock.
3) For the ram, I choose 1x 8GB because I want to add extra 1x 8GB in future without the need to replace the old one (in case of choosing 2x 4GB)
And thanks again for all your advices, I would change the PSU to lower wattage

Thanks for your advice ..
