Choosing the right motherboards and CPU

This is my current build

CPU: Intel Core i3-6100 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor

Motherboard: ASRock H170M-ITX/DL Mini ITX LGA1151

Memory: G.Skill NT Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory

Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 320GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Video Card

Case: Silverstone SG05B-USB3.0 (Black) Mini ITX Desktop Case w/300W Power Supply

I was thinking about using a FX-6300 instead of the i3 is it a good decision and if it is what motherboard should I get with it I want an ITX board too

If Cooler good system very silent and low power.
