Hi,
I currently have a system based on a ASUS 10PE-D8 WS motherboard and twin Intel Xeons E5-2680 V4 (2011-3 sockets). I could use more power for my after Effects applications.
This software seems to favour high clock rates to high numbers of cores.
I need a better performance of my system and since I am not planning a cumbersome rebuilt I consider simply replacing both CPUs.
Can anyone advise me which would be my better choice: two E5-2667 v4 Xeons, or two E5-1660 V4 ones?
