Question Choosing UPS for a new PC

I have assembled a new high-end gaming PC with a 1000W PSU and measured maximum load of about 750W during gameplay + streaming. I'm now looking for a UPS:
  • around 1500VA
  • preferably true sine wave output on battery
  • silent (at least when periferals are off)
Can you please help me choose from the following (or suggest an alternative available in the UK)?
  • APC Back UPS Pro BR1600SI — I bought one from Amazon, but it emits a constant varying high-pitched noise (coil whine?) even when it's turned off (and the noise seems to depend on whether or not the display is on). Could it possibly be a defect? I have another BR1200SI and it is silent when the display is off. I'm ready to return the BR1600SI for a replacement but the price has increased from £470 to £520, so I'm also looking at alternatives.
  • Eaton Ellipse Pro ELP1600IEC — £379 from Amazon, some reviews mention an always-on fan, also it's not clear if the battery output is pure sine wave. Some internet feedback seems to be Eaton is better than APC, but it could be anecdotal.
  • Cyberpower CP1500EPFCLCD-UK — £365 from Amazon, seems lower end than APC with somewhat shorter run time, but I'm not sure it matters given that it won't be longer than a couple of minutes anyway.
Thank you
Gleb D.
