Hey everyone,

So in the last couple of weeks websites (including Tom's Hardware this very moment) will become overly saturated. The colours are just blown up, more white, font near impossible to read and generally I need to restart to stop it from happening but it's only a matter of time before it starts again. Sometimes its just a website other times its the whole browser.

I've made sure all my drivers for windows are up to date, my video card drivers were just updated today and I've even tried resetting the settings for Chrome but nothing has made a difference. I have no idea what could be causing it but it's really starting to become frustrating. I tried searching for other people having similar issues but I've had no luck. :/

curious, can you show screenshots or does it only show on screen and doesn't appear in screen shots?

see if this helps - https://www.faqforge.com/windows/fixed-google-chrome-wrong-color-after-update/

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.
