Chrome + Firefox Crash On Startup, but IE Works Fine

I started up my computer today and couldn't startup Chrome or Firefox without them immediately crashing... Internet Explorer works completely fine, Ran a malwarebytes scan... nothing, Ran a Virus Scan... Nothing

Any way to fix this?
