I recently bought a Razer Kracken 7.1 Chroma. I'm very satisfied with the overall quality of my headset, however, the audio output is VERY unbalanced. I have to crank my volume levels all the way up to 40% just to hear youtube on chrome at slightly below optimal levels, but everything else is practically ear-shattering. When I go into headset properties, the "Enhancements" tab is not even available for me to select an equalization option. (For the record, I really suck when it comes to understanding audio terminology.)

Have you gone into the volume mixer to see if your Google Chrome is turned down like this?

If the issue is ONLY with YouTube on Chrome, check the YouTube sound level also, in addition to the Chrome sound level. If those look normal, contact Razer for support as there is no reason I can think of that a headset will be low on one specific program in one browser.

I probably should have specified. Sorry for the delay between responses, life is hectic. Anyways, the issue is that it's only Chrome that's too quiet, not just Youtube. Every other program I've tested works just fine with audio representative of its numbers. Razer synapse shows that chrome SHOULD also have the same numbers, as does the volume mixer. Everything appears to work just fine, but chrome is still unnaturally quiet.
