Question Chrome search virus. Any way to properly clean it?

I noticed that my home pc Chrome browser shows links to ads first when doing a search in the address box. I tested the same search with my other laptop and the home PC Chrome definitely has some kind of virus.
I uninstalled Chrome and did a Windows 10 virus scan but that did not remove the Chrome odd search results. Any other tools I can use to fix this?

I find Zemana to be better than Malwarebytes.
