Chrome / Website Help!!

I recently went on my browser to go on Cs:Go lounge. I was then presented with the website, but with these weird things that are meant to be icons: http://imgur.com/jQ81ImY.
I have no idea how to fix it so that the actual icons that the site has appear. Please help!! The logo for the site won't even show up... Does it have to do with a program I have to download? The logo and icons showed up on my old laptop, but not on my new gaming rig... This is what the URL looks like: http://imgur.com/UhH29sX. It doesn't have the green lock that other HTTP sites have.

Disable any extensions you don't want. Try resetting Chrome.
