Chrome won't open (Windows 10)

Google Chrome will not open on my computer. I'm running Windows 10 64-bit, and have been using chrome exclusively as my browser since I built this computer. This morning, I have not been able to open Chrome. I click the desktop shortcut and two instances of chrome appear in my task manager, but the window never opens. I've tried running the program as administrator, reinstalling the program, and restarting my computer, but nothing's fixed the issue. Any help?
