I experience lag when watching old movies on my Chromecast. Changing the refresh rate doesn't do anything.
The issue persists both on the Plex local server and during streaming. However, it works normally on the TV app on the same network.
I have tried to search for a solution on Google, but I do not know what it is called. All I get is advice to check the Wi-Fi, but that is not the issue.
