In case anyone out there wants to try to say that the monthly CHURN
numbers reported quarterly are quarterly numbers, let me show you the
numbers.

2.9% MONTHLY CHURN * 3 = 8.7% Quarterly CHURN

8.7% * 16 million average Customers = 1.3 Million lost customers

Imagine how good SprintPCS' financials could be if the Churn was
at 2% like Verizon.

So, let us get this straight. You continue to despise SPCS, putting out all
these arguments, and continue to praise Verizon. Is that about right? Then
WTF are you still with SPCS Phillipe? Are you a masochist, or just an idiot?
You must be, if you continue service with a company you continue to knock.

The troll also is deficient in mathematics.
Could he really be that oblivious to compound calculations?
Or maybe he's just trolling us on that point, too.
Sad.

That's it exactly John ... What I don't understand, is why he thinks he has
any credibility here, when he changes his IDs 65 times? I've grown tired of
his tirades as they are all old, bogus, lies, and just BS. I've got 65 names
in my kill filters on him to mark his comments as read.

I'm only going to reply to those posts where I recognize an ID change.

If no one ever responded to any of his messages, maybe, just maybe, he would go
away.

That's been tried, briefly, on the fool.
It didn't work.
He gets increasingly ludicrous until he finds someone's boiling point.
Most parents of a two-year-old can recognize that behavior.
But I agree that IF we could ignore it long enough, he'd disappear.

If you disbelieve SprintPCS own numbers, come up with your own.

Quoted Directly from their SEC report is not Trolling.
Denying these numbers is a TROLL.

Churn is 8.7% per quarter, 2.9 % per month, or
an annual rate of 34.8%. Thats 5 Million plus
customers that vote with their feet
from the

Worst Customer Service

Dishonest coverage maps

Secret policies on warranties and retention

Or maybe 5 million people need to be filtered by
the SprintPCS apologists.
