Circles on the screen

Hello guys.

I am curious about something and because i didnt find any informations looking in internet i wanted to share it with you.
My screen has some strange circles and sometimes is very annoying seeing that while gaming.
Here are some photos, can some pls tell why this happend ???

My Pc : i5-6600k / Gtx 970 / Asus Z170-P / Monitor Asus VE228TR LED 60hz (the same problem i had it with the previous build too.

Are they there no matter what your doing on the PC? For example, does it only happen with certain games or is it always present?

just on the sky or anywhere? any games?

basicly, some times less some times more to (allmost) all my games even in youtube videos, specialy when the colors are clear and bright like the screenshot. This monitor dont support HDMI port, only VGA and DVI so no idea how could be in HDMI.

using true color 32bits? or could be a color settings on display or gpu

yes using 32bit colors and i cant change it, in control panel of the gtx 970 dont let me, its the only choice.

With the previus graphic card (asus gtx 760) had the same issue.

The monitor is great i enjoy playing can see all the details (asus quality) if i can fix this this problem will be perfect.

But like i said before in some games you dont even notice when the enviroment is full of colors and movments only when is one color like this ones :
