Question CIT 7 RGB issues (pretty lights edition)

This is the case I bought:
CIT 7.

This is the link to my motherboard manual the number 7 LED is working - my "halo fan" isnt - i can get it to spin but not sure ive plugged it into the correct connector on my mainboard.

Apparently i can push reset on my PC and its suppsoed to alter the RGB of the entire thing but it just resets my pc lol

this is the wire connected to the front of the case currently not been used:

im missing something simple - or i need some kind of fancy mod.

The fan RGB plugs into the bottom of the Front panel.

Hi.
No it does not there is only a 2 pin connector available on front panel where all usb stuff is. Can't see a 4 pin connector anyplace down front panel fella.
