Question CiT G Force Front fans not spinning

Built a pc with the CiT G Force gaming case, but the front two fans don't seem to be spinning at all, i have the hub attached to my psu and the back fan connected to the same hub is working, i've tried the fan control sliders in the front panel and it just doesn't effect them

im qa dumbass opened up case and they are working just not visibly until opened
