Question ck104 shift bug

my keyboard when I press shift triggers the keys z, x, c, v, b, n, m, w, <,>,?, arrowup, 1,2,3 and enter

I need help urgently, I already tested it on my PS4 and the same thing happens.

Did you check to make sure nothing was stuck/dirty in it? Unless you want to take it apart and re-solder the switches, maybe replace some, should contact the vendor for warranty support if it's in warranty.
