As the title says how would you compare these 3? and don't say there is no difference because new games like the new Tomb Raider has proven that fast ram has a massive performance gain. Its scary how huge the performance in fast ram is becoming./

Solution
Fallout 4 shows good gains with faster DRAM - 10% or so, and this is an upcoming trend, game developers are using DRAM more and more as part of the game play, so faster can improve performance. If thinking going Skylake, I'd definately go the DDR4, even if say going Haswell (DDR3) , 2133/2400 is the sweetspot for price to performance

Can you give me a link to a review/benchmark or whatever that demonstrates this? RAM performance in games is generally the single most irrelevant factor in frames per second (like literally within the margin of error between DDR3 1333 and DDR4 3200). I have yet to see otherwise, but I'm all ready to be shown some facts and figures.

It's also been shown that faster DRAM can improve average FPS which makes for better smoother gaming. And as said the more the developers utilize DRAM the higher the increases to come, for a long time, they basically ignored DRAM and left it as a simple data conduit

That's pretty interesting to be sure, and it's been verified by a number of people too. That said, Fallout 4 seems to be the only title that is THAT heavily influenced by RAM speed. The jury is still out whether or not this will be trend going forward imo.
