Can i clean off thermal paste using hypo?

i dont have isopropyl alcohol i live in europe hungary and it is very hard to get it here

NO don't use Sodium hypochlorite, it is bleach based and may cause damage !

Just use q-tips to clean as much gunk off as possible.
