You won't get it that low on windows 10. It's higher than previous versions because they separated tasks for better efficiency. That's about normal. I have no extra stuff running and it's at 120. Just take a look at the details tab and end anything you don't need. Don't end anything you don't know. Check startup so you don't have to end things manually.
