Clean task manager?

I have over 160 process and i have no idea how to clean it up to bring it down to 70-80. Any programs that can help me? Pic below

You won't get it that low on windows 10. It's higher than previous versions because they separated tasks for better efficiency. That's about normal. I have no extra stuff running and it's at 120. Just take a look at the details tab and end anything you don't need. Don't end anything you don't know. Check startup so you don't have to end things manually.
