Can anyone tell me what to do after performing a clean installation of windows 10? Like what should I do right after the installation is complete (what drivers to get and how) so that my PC becomes eligible to play any game it is supposed to be able to play.

Also should I be able to run gta 5 on lowest settings?
I get 60 fps with this rig:
CPU intel i7 4720HQ @ 2.6Ghz
GPU Nvidia GTX960m
8GB RAM
But my main complain is that in some games like skyrim, gta or even crappy graphics games like CrossFire, my pc takes time to process the information on the harddisk which causes choppy gameplay and stutters as shown in this 30 secibds video:

Does anyone have any idea how to fix it? I'm trying a fresh reinstall of windows just for the sake of it..

You have a laptop it looks like, go to the laptop vendor, install the chipset, video drivers for Intel, then video drivers for nVidia, audio, network, power manager, USB (if needed), card reader (if needed).

Yes I have a lenovo y50-70.
I want to perform a clean installation from scratch and make the laptop ready for any game I throw at it.
Also any idea about gta 5?

UPDATE: Quick question about updating drivers after a clean install of windows 10, is the easiest way to update them is to go to device manager and update them?

The game does not matter, you want to update the drivers the same way for anything.

You don't do the drivers setup from Device Manager, go to the Lenovo support site and download them there for your model. There may be a driver utility you can run from Lenovo to get them automatically, but you will need to at least get the network drivers installed.
