Cleaning Leftover Files

Hi, I was wondering if there is any program that can scan for left over files from past uninstalls. I am aware of IObit Uninstaller but that program removes the residual files as soon as you uninstall. I've uninstalled programs before finding out about this program, so i'm curious about cleaning my system from past uninstalls. I also don't want to reformat my harddrive/ssd, just need a simple program.

CCleaner doesn't remove residual files from uninstalls.
